i love kandi because it's such a creative art medium! plus the kandi community is sick as hell. you can make anything ranging from a small flower, to literal outfits. i also love the reaction of people who have never seen kandi because you wouldn't even expect stuff that people make to be possible!
kandi is an art medium made with (mainly) pony beads. it originated from the rave scene in the 90s as a way to smuggle drugs. there are many different stitches that can be made with kandi, like the ladder stitch or the peyote stitch. want to learn more? check out this wiki page.
